5. Terms and conditions of sale

Sales concluded on the site are governed by the terms and conditions of sale, which the customer accepts before placing an order. They cover in particular prices, orders and pre-orders, payment, delivery, the 14-day right of withdrawal, returns and after-sales service.

Prices are in euros. French VAT of 20% applies; the ex-VAT / incl.-VAT breakdown appears on the order summary.

Characters, universes, titles and distinctive signs reproduced on the products and the site appear under official licences. They remain the exclusive property of their rights holders. No licence is granted to the user beyond browsing the site and purchasing products.

The name “Kitsune Statue” and the associated logo are distinctive signs of the publisher. Unauthorised use may give rise to legal action.

9. Products, licences and intended audience

The statues offered are collectible works, numbered, issued in limited quantities, delivered with their packaging and, where applicable, a plaque and certificate. They are intended for persons aged 14 and over and are not toys under applicable rules.

Visuals, descriptions and estimated pre-order delivery dates are provided in good faith and may change. In the event of inconsistency, the terms and conditions of sale prevail.

10. Payment

Payments are made in euros, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and/or PayPal, through payment service providers. Card numbers (PAN) are not stored on the site’s servers. Historical payment data is not recaptured.
